  7.    Selecting Vertices
  8.       Select a vertex(es) in one View window (including the 3D View window) 
  9.       and drag to another orthogonal View window to intuitively position the 
  10.       vertex(es). This comes in handy when it is easy to see/select a vertex(es) 
  11.       in one of the windows, but not in the window you want to make the 
  12.       move in.

  14.    Precise Positioning of Vertices
  15.       Double-click on a Vertex to access the Vertex Move-To dialog box.
  16.          Vertex Move-To  (dialog box)
  17.             New Location; Delta Offset  (two radio buttons)
  18.                Click on New Location to set the data fields to reflect precise position 
  19.                for the Vertex.
  20.                Click on Delta Offset to set the data fields to reflect a distance from the 
  21.                current location.
  22.             X, Y, Z  (three data fields)
  23.                Make entries (Units (New Location) or any number (Delta Offset) to set 
  24.                the new position of the Vertex.

  27.       Double-click on a Control Handle to access the Control Move-To dialog box.

  29.             New Location; Vertice Delta; Control Delta  (three radio buttons)
  30.                Click on New Location to set the data fields to reflect precise position 
  31.                for the Control Handle.
